The 412 is for residential swing gates with single leaf length of up to 1.8m

• The 412 actuator is non-reversing, so it is self locking in open and closed positions
• Quick and easy to install with no need for expensive modifications to the existing load bearing structure
• Use of electro-mechanical technology makes the FAAC 412 ideal for light duty applications
• Anti-crushing protection is ensured by an electronic device installed on the FAAC control board that directly controls the operator torque
• In case of a power loss, the release key makes it possible to operate the gate manually
• The 412 cuts down maintenance requirements considerably
• Reliability is assured under all atmospheric conditions and in an outdoor temperature range of -20oC to +55oC
