Shipping Policy

We deliver across the island of Ireland, including both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Delivery Times

Most orders are delivered within 2 working days of dispatch. For larger items over 3 metres in length, please allow up to 4 working days for delivery.

Carriers

We ship using DPD and An Post, depending on the size and destination of your order.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 1:00 PM on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Collection / Pick-Up

Collection of automation items can be arranged with prior notice. Please contact us to organise a suitable time before collecting your order. All items must be paid for in full prior to collection.

Delivery Only Items

Gate hardware, rail, wheels, and other large structural items are available for delivery only and cannot be collected in store.
